On January 17th, 2020 we had the pleasure of working with Burlin from the Nova Lumberjacks Society to gather logs for their upcoming event. We went to a site that Back Country Farm & Forestry was doing a treatment on and Tommy got Burlin in the processor so he could hand pick the best competition trees.
This is the fourth year that we have done these donations and every year that we have donated, the South Shore Pine has been a contributing factor to recording breaking chopping and sawing times both in the Maritimes and the world.
These competitions are fun for all ages and if you are interested in going and seeing what they are all about check out the NLS website. The next competition is in Barrignton, NS on July 18th & 19th!
